well...really!!! To look at theses statistics...you would think that I need to exercise and eat better or something!!!
Well.....maybe I should start exercising...and a little less food would probably help. I'll see what I can do.
Don't beat yourself up... we all have good weeks and bad weeks. Just think, you're still down from where you started! Keep up the good work!

Thanks Jane...I really appreciate the encouragement. I have a feeling that next week's weigh-in is going to be amazing. My mom and I are going to secretly paint the exterior of the house to surprise my husband while he is gone...if that isn't exercise...I don't know what is!!!
ReplyDeleteKeep at it, despite the lack of loss this week you are in the right frame of mind, which is 3/4 the battle if you ask me! Exercise will certainly help and painting sounds like hard work to me!
