There is no way to really share with you the city that I love---and the city in which Edgard grew up. Unless, of course, I take you there personally. In that case, you will have to pay for everything. I am a cheapskate. Until that time, I will show you a book, for book love weekend, that will be infinitely cheaper.
I present to you ABCDF:
A graphic dictionary of Mexico City.

Here is a little extra for you since I missed last book love weekend.
This is a book put out by Mamacita Chilena. She has already proven her worth as a photographer---I am sure that a book full of her pictures should be a pleasure to own. Here is the link if you are interested in buying it.

WOW. Stunning shots down memory lane.
ReplyDeleteMan, the food pages look awesome! (haha, of course that's what I zero in on first). The traffic and maps remind me of the maze that is Santiago. I'd probably be surprised to see how much the two cities really have in common...
ReplyDeleteIf I ever get rich I'll pay you to be my tour guide :)
Thanks for the shout out! I don't know how many people are interested in buying a book of photos of Chile, but if they are in the market...not that I'm biased or anything...but this is the best book out there :)
Great Pictures.
