treasury of david

The Treasury of David by Charles Haddon Spurgeon

"The Treasury of David is a superb literary achievement. Eric Hayden, pastor of the Metropolitan Tabernacle a century after Spurgeon's ministry began there, calls this work "Spurgeon's magnum opus." Spurgeon's wife said that if Spurgeon had never written any other work, this would have been a permanent literary memorial."
Quoted from The Spurgeon Archive.

  1. Thank you for sharing all the information on Spurgeon. I just have Volume 1 on The Treasury of David. It is also great to have access to all his sermons. Thank you again!

  2. I'm sure my husband has heard of The Treasury of David, being a pastor. I have not, they look interesting and I know somewhat of Charles Spurgeon. You've got my interest Rachel- I will now have to check them out.
